The Role

Maintain and support customer environments by working daily with core technologies to deliver a first-class level of service. Act as a technical advisor by monitoring, identifying issues, promoting good practices, and reporting on key metrics.

What Do I Need?
  • 1+ year of experience in IT, Engineering Support, or a related area.
  • 1+ year of experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, debugging.
  • Knowledge of desktop imaging, Windows desktop break/fix, video conferencing support, Office 365, ServiceNow experience, hardware break/fix support for Lenovo, Client, and Dell equipment.
