Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support teams
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
  • Assist with user account management (Active Directory, Office 365)
  • Support the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a 1st line support or helpdesk role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • A genuine interest in IT and eagerness to learn
