️ The Role

As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the business. You'll provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in person
  • Log and manage support tickets using our ITSM system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line support when necessary
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and assets
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role (desirable)
  • A keen interest in aviation or working in a regulated industry is a plus
