Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across a variety of systems and devices
Manage user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and resolve technical issues
Support Windows, Office 365, iOS, conferencing tools, and networking basics
Maintain accurate records of assets, incidents, and IT procedures
Assist with onboarding and user inductions
Experience & Qualifications
Graduate or experience in a 1st line IT support role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Office 365, and iOS
Familiarity with Active Directory, SharePoint, and basic networking
