IT Supplier Service Manager - ITIL

One of our clients is looking for multiple candidates within the IT Supplier Service Management space. The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Level Management, Continual Service Improvement (CSI), SLA creation and management across multiple IT Services, Suppliers, and MSPs. This role involves establishing a new dedicated Service Improvement function.

To be considered, candidates should have:

1. Strong experience as an ITSM/ITIL Service Supplier Manager, managing a range of IT Suppliers, particularly in CSI initiatives.
2. Experience in Service Level Management, including SLA and SLM creation, improvement, and vendor/supplier management through monthly workshops, reporting, and performance management.
3. Experience with ServiceNow, especially configuring reports for SLM and Service Management Processes, is highly advantageous.
