An established industry player is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to enhance supplier governance and relationships. Working within the Technology Business Management team, IT Commercial and Supplier Relationship Management support IT colleagues with their procurement and subsequent supplier management activities. The team works closely with IT Risk, Reporting, Group Vendor Management, and Finance to provide contractual, governance, and commercial cover for the Bank. In addition, the team works with a dynamic group of stakeholders to ensure IT aligns with OSB’s Corporate objectives.
In this role, you will support and enhance relationships and governance with 3rd party suppliers across all IT goods and services.
You will be active as a supplier relationship manager working within a small team, using strong commercial acumen and robust stakeholder engagement skills. You will work with other stakeholders across the group to create and run proportionate engagement activity that complies with the regulators and subsequently OSB Policies, ensuring relevant metrics and controls are in place to demonstrate the effectiveness of the goods and services we receive.
