Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Supplier and Contract Manager. You may have a background in IT Service Delivery or Architecture and evolved into a commercial supplier facing role. You will have practical experience of working closely with IT stakeholders to translate the IT Strategy roadmap into a commercial roadmap. You will be the essential link to ensure that the procurement and commercial teams have a clear understanding of the third party products and services needed by the IT organisation to underpin the Business and IT strategy roadmaps.

Ideally, you will have practical experience of IT supplier and contract management in the public sector. You will be used to working closely with key IT stakeholders. In this instance; IT Service Delivery, Architecture and Cyber Security will be your primary stakeholders. You will create a commercial roadmap that gives a clear vision of products and services required, then partner with the Commercial and procurement teams to ensure a clear understanding of IT requirements when entering into negotiations with suppliers. This is a new and critical role that can make a real difference to the outcomes delivered across the organisation.
