  • Provide helpdesk support for tenants and staff (e.g., password resets, hardware/software issues).
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and office software.
  • Salary: Up To £35,000 depending on experience.
Security & Access Control
  • Manage cybersecurity protocols (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, endpoint protection).
  • Maintain and support access control systems (e.g., keycards, biometric scanners).
  • Ensure secure guest Wi‑Fi and tenant data privacy.
Systems Administration
  • Manage cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Maintain internal communication platforms, booking systems, and CRM tools.
  • Handle backups and disaster recovery planning.
User Support & Training
