Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated IT Solution Engineer & Systems Administrator to join our BASS team. This permanent, full-time role is based at our headquarters in Clayton, with flexible working options available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design technology solutions for various customers, integrating hardware and software components with customers' backend systems.
2. Support New Business Acquisition by working closely with sales teams and customers to understand pain points and objectives, mapping IT Platforms / Infrastructure / Software and Hardware solutions to present effective solutions.
3. Act as a hands-on System Administrator to configure and customize the company’s IT solutions, ensuring IT policies are maintained.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented IT expert, capable of handling infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements include:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Project Management Systems, IT Hardware/Software, SaaS
• Extensive knowledge of network hardware and software (routers, adapters, network drivers)
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable
• Significant experience in a commercial and technical IT environment
• Experience with Automotive IT Diagnostics Hardware/Software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
