Title: IT Software Development Scrum Master

KBR is looking for an exceptionally motivated, goal-oriented IT Software Development Scrum Master.

THE ROLE

As a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple global scrum teams using Agile methodology and practices, helping product owners and development teams achieve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for removing impediments, coaching the team, resolving conflicts, and supporting the product owners.

Under general direction, you will use specialized knowledge to solve complex problems, direct daily activities of support teams, establish task priorities, interpret issues, develop best practices, and guide less experienced team members, ensuring compliance with policies and strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize extensive expertise in Azure DevOps for functionality, tracking, and project management.
• Lead multiple scrum teams, implementing Agile methodology effectively.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Remediate impediments and coach teams on resolving blocks.
• Mediate conflicts between cross-functional teams.
• Train team members to improve Agile maturity.
• Support and educate product owners as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master Certification required.
• 3+ years' experience with Azure DevOps and software development.
• Strong conflict resolution and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of development and change management techniques.
• Ability to lead multiple teams across time zones.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated with strong focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload.
• Rapid understanding of new technologies.
