Pay And Working Hours

• Salary: £28,623.00 - £31,288.00 per annum
• Working hours: Full-time, Permanent, 37 hours per week.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining software applications: Working with users to understand requirements, writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating software components.
• Collaborating with team members: Working closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Supporting existing code and systems: Maintaining and improving existing software applications to ensure they continue to meet user needs and performance standards.
• Training users: Conducting training sessions and providing guidance to users to help them effectively utilise software applications.
• Learning and applying new technologies: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to innovative projects.
• Participating in code reviews: Reviewing code written by peers to ensure quality and security adhere to policy and best practice.
• Ensuring security and secure coding practices: Implementing and adhering to secure coding standards to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Documenting processes and software: Creating and maintaining documentation for software applications and development processes.
