The UK IT Services and Operations leader will innovate how we deliver technology and services to customers at Arabelle Solutions' Nuclear managed sites globally. This role will plan and execute prioritized initiatives for Digital Technology infrastructure, technical services, and customer support. Your success will be measured by the outcomes delivered at each site and how well customer needs are met.

Your Role:
  • Manage customer relationships, set expectations, champion IT strategy, and promote IT’s value to the business.
  • Ensure regional IT requests are prioritized, commitments are made, and deliveries are met.
  • Mobilize site infrastructure for new sites and decommission for exits as per strategy.
  • Take ownership of connectivity, including LAN and WAN, for managed sites.
  • Act as the single point of contact for IT customers, including handling escalations.
  • Lead digitization initiatives, collaborating with UK stakeholders and global IT leaders.
  • Partner with UK stakeholders to strategize and prioritize digitalization activities.
  • Guide customers with product training, knowledge sharing, and infrastructure tools.
  • Lead site-specific IT projects with business supply chain and regional teams.
  • Resolve or escalate day-to-day IT issues promptly.
  • Motivate support team members to find the best solutions for customers.
  • Support infrastructure projects from discovery to implementation.
  • Drive initiatives to improve user experience and simplify IT processes.
  • Plan resources and capacity for onsite support and infrastructure needs.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering complex IT solutions.
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance.
  • Manage multiple projects with effective prioritization.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Dell Server and Storage, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, and security appliances.
  • Support environments using M365 E5.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Technical understanding of supporting Naval infrastructure.
  • Willingness to learn complex Naval technologies.
  • Work independently and make decisions based on best practices.
  • Manage Naval UK infrastructure and collaborate with stakeholders to improve it.
  • Achieve CE+ status for Naval areas and coordinate with MOD/Bae.
