Job Title: IT SharePoint Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT SharePoint Analyst to join our specialized SharePoint/Web team within the IT department. Our focus is on implementing advanced capabilities across cloud-based applications, utilizing the latest Microsoft tools to drive our business forward.

1. Deliver projects from design to completion to meet business objectives.
2. Coordinate and supervise team activities.
3. Own and resolve complex technical issues within your expertise.
4. Prioritize tasks to deliver solutions within SLA requirements.
5. Analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
6. Support migration projects as needed.
7. Translate business needs into technical architecture.
8. Collaborate with business and technical teams for incident and problem resolution.
9. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
10. Work independently on complex tasks.
11. Coordinate code development and review processes.
12. Obtain stakeholder approval for deliverables.
13. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have experience in IT web technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and implement business requirements into web solutions.
