3. Hardware Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of computer systems, servers, and network components.
4. Software Installations: Assist with software installations and updates.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to end-users, addressing their IT-related queries.

Requirements:

1. Technical Skills: Familiarity with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), routers, switches, and firewalls. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of technical support experience.
3. Quick Learner: Able to digest complex information and distill it into clear answers.
