Overview

I’m working with a global organisation undergoing a major transformation of their IT operating model, and I’m looking to connect with professionals who can drive strategic change across complex environments. This isn’t about project delivery - it’s about turning projects around and get things back on track!

Role

• Contract: £400 - £500 (outside)
• Duration: 12-18 months
• Hours: 2-3 days per week on site
• Location: London

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in service transformation, operations, and change management
• Background in corporate services, smart buildings, or office transformation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, digital twins, and enterprise technology
• An excellent communicator, and highly resilient
• Able to work across UK and Paris (Potential travel but hybrid/cross-border collaboration experience is key)
