Rewards: Salary of £30,500, plus a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and other great benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

As IT Service & Process Improvement Officer, you will support and advance our client’s digital services.

Driving innovation, efficiency, and integration across platforms, you will enhance and develop the use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform within the organisation, creating custom apps and flows, resolving issues, and maintaining key integration partnerships.

You will also lead on AI exploration and adoption, website functionality, web-service security, and cross-departmental system improvements, particularly supporting Finance and HR teams.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide first-line IT support, especially in the Kent office during staff absences
- Support the Data Team with Power BI and Fabric data model updates
- Assist with technical setup for corporate prayer and communication meetings
- Collaborate with other organisations to support integration initiatives

About You

The ideal IT Service & Process Improvement Officer will need:

- Experience managing IT software and hardware services, configuration and procedures
- Experience using Microsoft applications, ideally including Dynamics D365 and the Power Platform
- Experience using Cloud Flows
- Experience integrating third-party systems to D365, including websites
- Knowledge of advances and applications of AI with demonstrable experience in its use
- A degree level qualification in an IT, business information systems, engineering or other related degree or to be educated to A-level or equivalent with relevant experience

The Organisation

Our client is a faith-based organisation that delivers practical support and religious awareness across the globe.

The Benefits

- Salary of £30,500 per annum
- Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year plus 8 paid public holidays per year
- Non-contributory pension scheme (10% of salary); employees may make voluntary additional contributions
- Death in service payment
- Flexible working policy
- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme

You’ll play a key role in shaping digital transformation across the organisation, helping colleagues work smarter and more efficiently while supporting life-changing work in some of the world’s most remote communities.

From practical project work to exploring the use of AI and integration improvements, you’ll enjoy professional growth, collaborative working, and a strong sense of purpose, all while benefiting from a generous pension and a flexible hybrid work model.

So, if you’re ready to make a meaningful impact with your IT expertise and want to be part of a team that’s transforming lives through technology, our client would love to hear from you.
