An exciting opportunity for a passionate Service Operations Manager to join a unique, multi-national Information Management function. Job Title: Service Operations Manager

Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience

Locations: Stevenage, Bolton, Bristol

Hybrid Working: 1-2 days on-site per week depending on business needs

Security Clearance: British Citizen, DV Clearance required. All candidates will undergo BPSS checks post-offer stage.

The Role:

We seek a detail-oriented Service Operations Manager with broad experience in workplace and infrastructure technologies. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of technical operations, ensuring reliability and performance, and oversee vulnerability management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in managing and developing IT teams
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
• Strong experience with workplace & infrastructure technologies, compliance, and innovation
• Leadership skills across diverse and international teams
• Knowledge of data centre management, capacity, incident, and asset management
• Proven expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Understanding of cybersecurity threats and response strategies
• Experience with software contracts, e.g., Microsoft and Oracle agreements
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments and standardization efforts
