About Our Client

- They have grown organically over the years, and offer an industry-leading platform for career development.

Job Description
- As the IT Service Manager, you will have a diverse array of responsibilities, with a central focus on vendor management.
- You will have ownership of a range of cutting-edge services that are being delivered into the organisation.

- The role will be standalone to begin with, and there will be no initial people-management responsibilities, but you will likely grow to take on these responsibilities over time.
- Stakeholder management will be a regular part of the role, and you will be managing relationships with both the external supplier, and also key internal users.
- You will monitor and improve service performance using data-driven insights, whilst also ensuring compliance with public sector standards and policies.
