Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking an Interim IT Service Manager to steer the transition period while coordinating with a new third-party IT support provider. The position requires strong IT service management and stakeholder management skills, plus experience with Azure/Microsoft 365.

Interim IT Service Manager

Contract: 6 months
Location: London / Hybrid (Two Days a week initially)
IR35: OUTSIDE

The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to support the organisation during a period of transition, working closely with a newly appointed third-party IT support provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the outsourced IT support provider.


• Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues.


• Triage and coordinate bespoke business/IT requests.


• Work with internal stakeholders and technical SMEs.


• Introduce stronger IT service processes, governance and best practice.


• Help stabilise and improve the overall IT service function.


• Support Microsoft/Azure and wider cloud-related requirements.

Key Experience

• Strong IT Service Management / IT Operations background.
