Job description

We have an opportunity for an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst to join our team in Hurn.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until June 2026, primarily office-based.

The starting salary is £39,000 - £42,000, depending on experience.

The Role

As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst, you'll provide local IT systems support, training, and advice to SNG colleagues. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating the organisation's devices, infrastructure, and applications.

You will ensure that IT support tickets are resolved efficiently and effectively, working within operating & service level agreements (SLAs) and utilising service desk tools (ITSM system, knowledge system, monitoring, etc.) to log, prioritise, categorise, and resolve interactions.

This role supports end-user computing across all SNG locations, acting as an escalation point for the central IT service delivery team and providing local hands-on support for the wider CIO teams.

Due to travel requirements, you must hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle.

What We Need From You

You should have a high level of customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies. Experience working on an IT Service Desk or in a technical team is essential, along with strong communication skills via in-person, telephone, webchat, email, or digital assistant.

An ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner certification would be advantageous.

We Are Looking For
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Good understanding of hardware, especially PCs, printers, and other desktop/peripheral equipment, including AV equipment.
  • Availability to work office-based and travel between SNG sites as needed.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in delivering basic user training to optimise AV service use.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivate to work independently in remote locations.
What We Can Offer You

Join our friendly, active, and dynamic IT Service Team. We invest in our people, offering opportunities to develop skills and make a real difference in communities. This role can lead to a career within a successful, diverse organisation.

Benefits include:

  • £450 yearly flexible benefit pot for benefits of your choice
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing up to 30 days
  • Option to buy or sell holiday
  • Generous pension scheme with up to 12% matching
  • Life cover from day one
  • Participation in our Recognition scheme
  • Wellbeing discounts, including gym memberships
