Job Description
We are seeking IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in tech, gaining knowledge and qualifications to grow professionally.
In this role, you will handle IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations worldwide via contact centre and ticketing systems. You will learn troubleshooting techniques, manage tickets proactively, escalate issues as needed, and assist with hardware/software preparations. You will also write technical documentation and support the wider IT team.
This is an office-based role with shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 basis.
Qualifications
All technical training will be provided through our IT Training Programme during onboarding. No prior experience is required, but a passion for IT and a desire to develop your skills are essential. You should be team-oriented, communicative, logical, calm under pressure, and able to prioritize workload. Experience in customer service or retail/warehouse environments is desirable but not essential.
