We are seeking IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to start your career in tech, gaining knowledge and qualifications to grow professionally.
You will handle IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations worldwide, providing support via contact center and ticketing systems. Training will be provided, and you will learn troubleshooting, ticket management, technical documentation, and support for hardware/software.
This role is based in the office, following a shift pattern between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekends on a 1 in 4 basis.
