Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and meeting the expected standards for the role, you will be offered a full-time position as an IT Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent technical support and customer service to our user base.
  2. Ensure efficient and timely resolution of incidents and service requests, aiming for a high first-time fix rate.
  3. Provide technical support for MS Windows-based environments, Networking, and ERP solutions.
  4. Configure and provision software and hardware (laptops, iPads, tablets, ePods).
  5. Perform proactive maintenance and health checks of our systems.
  6. Support asset management, stock control, and equipment decommissioning.
  7. Support projects as a technical resource.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
