Job summary
A leading teaching hospital in Tooting is seeking a Band 4 IT Service Desk Analyst to support users in their use of IDT services. The successful candidate will manage IT service desk calls and participate in an on-call system. Excellent communication skills and experience in a demanding environment are essential.

We are looking to recruit a band 4, IT Service Desk Analyst.
The role would be to work as part of a team supporting clinical and non-clinical users throughout the trust in their use of all IDT services and where appropriate offering advice and support to the user. Also managing and triaging of IT Service desk phone calls and escalating to management where necessary.
This position requires participation in a paid out of hours on call system.
We are looking for previous experience of working in a high demanding environment with excellent communication skills and to be able to work well as part of a team.
