This is a great opportunity to join our IT team in the Gateshead office. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be assisting and supporting the wider team across the administration of user services.

As IT Service Desk Analyst, you will:
  • Administer and control all internal line of business software systems
  • Maintain, update, and create administration documentation
  • Administer and support IT assets and equipment, including iPads, laptops, and mobile phones, liaising with the external 3rd party Mobile Communications provider
  • Troubleshoot network issues and liaise with our network providers
  • Take incoming calls and remotely support IT issues
  • Support IT projects when required
As IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll have:
  • A good administrative background and the ability to perform general administrative activities
  • Effective communication skills, including telephone and written communication
  • The ability to manage conflicting demands and work across all levels of a diverse organization
  • A strong team player with high attention to detail
  • A problem solver with a logical and structured approach to work
