Salary: £24,434.00 per annum plus benefits & a paid monthly bonus of 15% based on meeting KPI's

We are offering a Full-time position for an IT Service Desk Analyst, due to an internal promotion.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional, service-oriented IT team supporting a medium/large organization (~£500M+ revenue, 6,000+ end-users, 40+ sites, 4000+ support calls/month)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2010 & O365 products
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, including user and group administration and login troubleshooting
  • Over 1 year of practical experience with Service Desk toolsets

Duties include:

  • Responding promptly to IT end-user incidents, service requests, and questions, adhering to IT SLAs, and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining high user satisfaction through professional communication and translating technical information for non-technical users.
  • Contributing to and maintaining the service desk knowledge base to improve efficiency.
