We are looking to recruit a band 4, IT Service Desk Analyst.
The role involves supporting clinical and non-clinical users throughout the trust in their use of all IDT services, offering advice and support to users, managing and triaging IT Service desk phone calls, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
This position requires participation in a paid out of hours on call system.
We seek candidates with previous experience in a high-demand environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience with clinical information systems and remote support software is advantageous.
