Job summary

A well-established technology business just outside of Milton Keynes is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line support to users across many countries. The role involves troubleshooting issues, logging tickets, and creating knowledge base articles. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in IT Support and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. This position comes with benefits including 25 days holiday and health and well-being support.

  • Experience troubleshooting within a Windows based environment.

Working with a well-established Technology business just outside of Milton Keynes. They have just acquired another business and need to expand the Service Desk team to meet the new demand. As part of a global Service Desk, you will be looking after users across many countries and working closely with the US Team.
