Working with a well-established Technology business just outside of Milton Keynes. They have just acquired another business and need to expand the Service Desk team to meet the new demand. As part of a global Service Desk, you will be looking after users across many countries and working closely with the US Team.

Can you support users on a 1st line basis with a strong customer service, follows SLA’s and know when to escalate tickets?
