Overview
Our US tech client within the private sector is looking relocate their IT Service Desk Analyst team to Belfast to provide IT support to their end users, all focused on their financial products and services. This is a large multi-national and your day-to-day would involve IT, network and systems support via inbound calls (helpdesk), emails, ticket systems etc.
You'll be taking calls from business professionals within the financial sector regarding IT Support queries, resolving at first point of contact, or raising a ticket and escalating to the appropriate queue.
This is a large organisation with senior infrastructure positions, so there could be the possibility of extension or promotion to those who do well.
