We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with expertise in IT Service Operations, ITIL v4, Change Control, Incident & Problem Management, and continuous improvement within MSP or Software House environments. The role involves creating and leading an ITIL service delivery framework, reporting to the Head of Projects, and focusing on service delivery, strategy consolidation, and ongoing enhancement. This is a non-man-management role but offers significant autonomy and growth potential.
Key responsibilities include:
Ideal candidates will have extensive ITIL experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to demonstrate real-world project execution from inception to completion. The role offers excellent training, respect, autonomy, and a promising future.
