IT Service Delivery Manager
6 Month FTC Hybrid, Solihull 45 - 50K
Spinks are partnered with a leading Veterinary Services brand who are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join them on a 6 Month FTC basis.
As an experienced ITSM you will be strong in these 4 key areas:
- Supplier engagement & management
- Key stakeholder engagement (internal + external)
- Major Incident/P1 Responses
- ServiceNow Expertise
This is a Hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week in Solihull, therefore you must be based within a commutable distance. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
