A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic IT and Digital Team. This role involves overseeing IT service delivery, enhancing performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional service standards across campuses.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated IT Service Delivery Manager to join our dedicated and fast-paced IT and Digital Team. This is an on-site role based across our Burslem and Cauldon campuses, requiring a consistent presence to support hands-on service delivery and team collaboration.
In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT and Reprographics services across the College. You'll lead on service desk performance, manage external provision of services/software, and play a central part in ensuring smooth, reliable IT operations. With responsibility for service levels, escalations, and coordination between support and technical teams, you'll be essential in driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
You will bring:
Demonstrable experience in IT helpdesk or service delivery management, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate tasks, manage workloads, and deliver against key performance targets.
Experience in vendor and contract management, hardware procurement, and working with teams on IT-related projects.
