Our IT Service Delivery Team has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join them in Preston.

Our Role

The IT Service Delivery Manager is a key role responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to the ENWL business. The role will lead a small Service Management team and apply best practice governance to ensure ENWL’s IT systems and services remain reliable, leading on IT Major incidents and keeping stakeholders informed of disruptions.

The role will also support IT and business-led projects to ensure smooth delivery and effective transition of services into business-as-usual operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar IT Service delivery role
  • Experience supporting large Programmes and Projects and Service Introduction processes
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • ITIL V3/V4 Qualification - expert preferred
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Managing IT suppliers experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
  • Experience writing technical service reports
  • Experience creating and delivering continual service improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing responses to major disruptive events and activating BC/DR/Incident or Crisis Management Plans
  • Extensive experience with O365 applications
  • Experience using Ivanti ITSM or similar tools
  • Good customer awareness with the ability to influence and educate at Senior Manager level
