Our IT Service Delivery Team has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join them in Preston.
Our Role
The IT Service Delivery Manager is a key role and is responsible for ensuring the IT services are seamlessly delivered to the ENWL business.
The role will lead a small Service Management team and will apply best practice governance to ensure ENWL’s IT systems and services remain reliable for the business, leading where appropriate on IT Major incidents and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of any disruption to services.
In addition, the role will support IT and business lead projects to ensure smooth project delivery and effective transition of services into business-as-usual operations.
