Job Description

As part of the global IT Infrastructure & Operations team, you will:

  • Act as the key contact for regional business leaders regarding IT service delivery and operations.
  • Lead customer engagement and stakeholder communication across EMEA sites.
  • Ensure high-quality incident resolution in collaboration with Service Delivery teams.
  • Support infrastructure projects by partnering with PMO, Change Management, and vendors.
  • Represent regional interests in Change Advisory Boards
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and Business Relationship Managers to align services with business needs.
The Successful Applicant

This organisation is looking for someone who brings a mix of technical knowledge, business acumen, and people skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field (military experience may also be considered).
  • 5+ years of IT or business experience, including direct engagement with customers or stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating global IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices (certification in ITIL v4 is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, geographically dispersed teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) and multicultural business environments.
  • Willingness to travel across the region
