IT Service Continuity Analyst

Hybrid | Offices in Central London, South East or Leeds

We're supporting a large-scale, regulated organisation undergoing significant transformation across technology and operations. They're now looking to strengthen their IT Service Continuity function with the addition of a specialist who can shape, maintain, and evolve continuity and recovery capabilities across a complex enterprise estate. This is a strategic and hands-on role in a business where resilience really matters.

Key Skills:

1. IT Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
2. Experience delivering continuity testing and post-exercise reviews
3. Understanding of Operational Resilience frameworks and regulatory expectations (eg FCA/PRA)
4. Risk identification and mitigation planning across technology services
5. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teams

Beneficial Skills:

1. Experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments
2. Familiarity with ISO, ITIL, COBIT or Business Continuity principles
3. Exposure to cloud environments and third-party risk considerations
4. Background working across IT Operations, Infrastructure or Service Management functions

Responsibilities:

1. Working with the Head of IT Service Continuity you will be supporting the development and evolution of IT continuity plans and frameworks.
2. Coordinate and run recovery exercises across business-critical systems
3. Assess changes, projects and suppliers to ensure continuity requirements are considered
4. Liaise with business continuity, operational resilience, and cyber teams to align plans and dependencies
5. Produce reports and MI that highlight risks, gaps and readiness across IT services
6. Ensure resilience planning is embedded into the fabric of IT delivery and service operations
