Qualifications

• Be well versed in HSDL uploaders to Oracle HCM Cloud and its limitations.
• Understand Oracle Payroll processes in both eBusiness Suite and Oracle Fusion.
• Have previous experience in leading a PCT test phase with hands on experience of payroll reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Help define/design PCT test execution.
• Define environment requirements.
• Help the payroll team define data requirements.
• Support the Payroll team in collating 1 month of manual payroll data adjustments.
• Provide hands on support with data uploads to Oracle Fusion.
• Work with Oracle Consulting to handle data files for comparison.
