What you'll be doing:

As an IT Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage a range of IT projects with varying complexities and technologies within a fast-paced delivery team. You’ll oversee project scope, budgets, governance, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work across IT teams and the wider organization, with opportunities to innovate, improve delivery methods, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, positivity, perseverance, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple large-scale, complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies (e.g., waterfall, Agile) and judgment to select the best approach.
• Solid understanding of governance and delivery processes.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
• Leadership qualities to coach and mentor team members, even if not in a formal management role.
