A global flavor leader in the UK is seeking a specialized IT Architect to lead infrastructure, network, and security designs. This role focuses on developing operational technology systems in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and extensive experience in IT architecture within Agile teams. This opportunity offers a dynamic work culture and a chance to impact global projects.
This role develops infrastructure, network and security designs for the Product Line according to corporate standards. Collaborating with partners to design state of the art infrastructure to support McCormick globally and assist with projects, acquisitions and expansions. This includes fit for purpose solutions, ensuring systems maintain data confidentiality, integrity and availability aligned with the sensitivity and criticality warranted.
This role is also required to lead in the creation and approval of new standards as part of an architectural standards board and operate within the global architectural function. This role is expected to be a thought leader in their specialist area, defining future roadmaps and well respected within their specialist community as a subject matter expert. Also this role will be expected to help define and shape the architectural function, maturing the process and architectural function as a whole.
This role specifically focuses on the development of Operational Technology systems and will work closely with the site engineering teams to focus on digital manufacturing systems globally.
