The Recipe (About the Role)

Take charge of enhancing and safeguarding ourorganisation\'s IT security landscape! You\'ll be diving into theanalysis and response to security events and incidents, as well asspearheading engaging user awareness campaigns and training sessions.In addition, you\'ll play a vital role in supporting theimplementation and management of identity, access, and threatmanagement controls throughout our IT environment.

• Identify, analyse, and respond to security events and incidents,escalating as per the incident response plan.
• Develop anddeliver IT Security Education and Awareness materials for the entireorganisation.
• Support IT Security Penetration Tests,Assessments, and audits, resolving findings promptly.
• Analyse vulnerability scans and provide recommendations toprioritise corrective actions.
• Continuously identify andimplement security measures and improvements.
• Collaboratewith Service Line Leads to review and update IT security guidelinesand policies.
• Assist in executing projects on the ITSecurity roadmap and maintaining security measures.
• Conducttabletop exercises to test responses to cyber-related scenarios.
• Review and action tickets in line with Security ServiceLevel Agreements to meet KPIs.
• Collect and report ITSecurity metrics monthly to leadership and the enterprise.

The Ingredients (What we need fromyou)

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD) andEntra ID (Azure AD), MFA, SSO, conditional access, Azure RBAC, PIM
• Experience with the following products and technologies:Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, vulnerability management tools,phishing simulation tools
• Experience creating policies,procedures and response plans
• Excellent communicator withthe ability to reduce complex issues and ideas to simple terms andexpress these both to non-technical and highly technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment withconflicting priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met to ensure thedelivery of a high-quality service.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC)environment
• Experience working within an organisation withOperational Technology (OT) environments
• Experience withthe following products and technologies: Microsoft Sentinel or similarSIEM and SOAR tools, KQL, Next-gen email defense platforms
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001
