An IT Security Service Engineer is required by a national and growing IT Managed Service Provider based in Carlisle.

As an IT Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing, inspecting, and maintaining customer security systems.

Your Tasks Will Include:

Installing and maintaining data network and WiFi infrastructures, CCTV, and door access control systems.
Surveying, designing, implementing, and testing security systems while adhering to all statutory and legal requirements.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with fire alarm systems.
Providing IT technical support to customers as needed.
Installing Access Control using Paxton systems.
Liaising with our IT Service Delivery team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Experience Required:

At least 1 year of experience in installing and maintaining data network and WiFi infrastructures, CCTV, and door access control systems.
IT Technical Support experience to include testing security systems in industrial, domestic, and commercial settings.
A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
Willingness to work away from home for short periods as required.
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
