Based in London, this position drives risk-aware decisions and security adoption across enterprise functions. The role requires deep security expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across IT and business leadership.

• Oversee detection, response, and resolution of incidents per global policies.
• Provide leadership and reporting to leadership, regulators, and risk functions.

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep information security expertise across information security domains, including risk management, security operations, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of security regulations, frameworks, and internal controls, particularly within complex, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of security best practice across an organisation.
• Demonstrated experience leading security initiatives and projects through full lifecycle delivery across enterprise environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across IT, business leadership, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of global information security strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and local operational needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between global Information Security and our IT and business teams, embedding security into core business processes and decision-making.
• Identify emerging vulnerabilities, assess risk impacts, and drive effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with global security leadership.
• Oversee detection, response, and resolution of security incidents, ensuring adherence to global policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide oversight and leadership to security teams and initiatives, delivering reporting, insights, and assurance to senior leadership, regulators, and enterprise risk functions.
