What You’ll Do:

  • Provide essential first and second-line IT support to colleagues.
  • Monitor, manage, and respond promptly to CCTV security system incidents.
  • Operate our helpdesk, effectively resolving technical queries.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and repairs.
  • Contribute to security projects and ensure our systems remain robust, compliant, and efficient.
  • Participate in an on-call rota, delivering responsive out-of-hours support when needed.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced (minimum 3 years) in IT support, CCTV monitoring, Door Access Systems and helpdesk operations.
  • Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and works well independently.
  • Certified or trained in CompTIA, Microsoft, or relevant security systems (preferred).
