Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience as Security Controller.
• Knowledge in: CISSP, CISA, Security+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate risks.
• Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with policy.
• Analyze emerging threats and develop strategies to protect.
• Create and develop security policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed report for all kind of IT security challenges.
• Continuously monitor security systems and abnormal behaviors.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents or patches to SOC.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs.
• Proven experience in security management and risk assessment.
• Strong leadership, analytical and crisis management skills.
• Korean and English language is a must for communicating with the HQ, German language is a plus.
