Job Description:

Participate in the development of Information Technology plans, strategies and methods, which maximize the department's contribution towards meeting overall company goals and objectives.

Main Tasks

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate risks
  • Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with policy
  • Analyze emerging threats and develop strategies to protect
  • Create and develop security policies and procedures
  • Maintain detailed report for all kind of IT security challenges
  • Continuously monitor security systems and abnormal behaviors
  • Coordinate responses to security incidents or patches to SOC
  • Conduct security training and awareness programs
  • Proven experience in security management and risk assessment
  • Strong leadership, analytical and crisis management skills
  • Korean and English language is a must for communicating with the HQ, German language is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Cybersecurity or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience as Security Controller
  • Knowledge in: CISSP, CISA, Security+
