The company seeks a dedicated IT Sales Manager to drive growth in new business sectors. With a team of 30 staff, including ServiceDesk, Cyber, Projects & Accounts Management, and a growing client base acquired through MSP acquisitions since 2020, the company has successfully integrated new staff and clients.

The IT Sales Manager will be supported by an in-house Telemarketing team that generates new opportunities. The candidate should excel in nurturing and closing sales, rather than prospecting.

  • The team values a 'people buy people' approach, emphasizing relationship building for sales success. The ideal candidate will quickly establish rapport and trust with prospects.
  • Understanding prospects' use of IT products and services is essential to identify profitable opportunities. Experience in an MSP environment is preferred.
  • The role follows a structured sales process, starting with an online discovery call, followed by face-to-face meetings, leading to closing the sale.
  • Post-sale, the Sales Director oversees ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
