Our client is an established vendor within the Workforce Management space that has been enjoying steady year on year growth for a number of years now and the increase in demand has created the need for an additional New Business sales person.
This role will be responsible for onboarding new named customers, so you will possess a strong appetite for self-generation, strong qualification, and excellent closing skills – as well as mature inter-personal soft skills to develop rapport with (and sales opportunities at) all levels within a customer base.
Our client has typically gained success selling into 750+ employee organizations across multiple markets, including numerous reference sites, across Retail, Manufacturing, 3PL & Warehouse Management sectors as well as Healthcare. Any experience selling into these markets would clearly be advantageous.
Targets will depend on the successful applicant's abilities, but an approximate cadence of 2 deals a month should yield circa £700k revenue per annum. This should present a genuine opportunity to double your Base salary – especially as there is a healthy pipeline!
The ideal location for this person would be the South East / Home Counties but certainly someone living no further north than the East / West Midlands.
