Job summary

• Provide analysis and insight into Service Levels, related Incidents, and their impact on customers and the wider business
• Use advanced Excel to manipulate and interrogate data from a wide variety of large datasets
• Interpret results and produce actionable recommendations and identify key trends to optimise continuous improvement
• Support data gathering for regulatory reporting, Risk, and Audit requests
• Contribute to governance and reporting of TSB's services within Cloud & Service Delivery
