Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior BI/Reporting Lead to drive end-to-end Reporting & BI initiatives across a large organisation in the UK. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including BI Developers, Data Engineers and Infrastructure, translating business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.

The role emphasises governance, service readiness and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and change management. Experience in complex environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BI, Reporting or Data Analytics solutions within large and complex organisations.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard design, data modelling, performance optimisation and self-service reporting.
• Experience supporting reporting, data or platform migration programmes.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data governance and information management best practices.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Proven ability to influence, build relationships and manage business change initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach to delivery.
